Enterprise Web continues to help service members and their families find the resources they need quickly, while reducing the time staff spends answering question on the phone and in person.

In a world that expects to get more done via remote, Enterprise Web is a powerful tool for communication.

  • During the past year, a total of 13,309,014 users visited G9 websites. This figure reflects a year-over-year increase of 931,874 users, indicating a growth of approximately 7.51%.
  • In Fiscal Year 2023, all the sites achieved 34,364,040 pageviews, which constitutes approximately 5% of the Department of Defense's total web traffic.

  • On average, users visited 2.31 pages per session.
  • 57.3% of the traffic to BRD was generated through web searches, indicating a substantial reliance on organic search engine results to discover content.

  • Over the past year 1,045,124 users made a visit to an CYS page.
  • The bounce rate (measured by the percentage of users that entered and left the website from the same page) 57%, and an average session duration of 2 minutes 31 seconds.
  • On average, users visited 2.1 pages per session.
  • 55.68% of the traffic to CYS was generated through web searches, indicating people use organic search engine results to discover Army MWR content.
