PPV Process Step 1: Notice of Intent
After determining that estimated demand is expected to support a profitable Cat C operation, and determining that the PPV program is the channel to make this business activity a reality, the first step in the PPV process is for the Garrison to submit a Notice of Intent through the Region to IMCOM G9.
Documents that are included with the Notice of Intent:
- Business Feasibility Study
- Available Site or Facility Evaluation Sheet
- Return on Investment (ROI) Analysis
- Later in the process, the Garrison will be required to submit support letters from the community. In this step, the Garrison requests support from the local Congressperson, the City Hall, and the Chamber of Commerce.
